A recommended hotel

Pros: There is a lot of space and the whole environment is clean. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. Housekeeping is also good. And it won't be noisy.

Cons: The bedstead of one of the rooms broke a support and the whole bed shook. The floor tiles in the bathroom become slippery after a bath.

Maple Suite, maple sweet

Pros: Once again my stay at the Maple Suite was nothing short of excellence. Being a stereotypical American some amenities had to be explained like the petrol/propane tank for the stovetop/hob (whoops) but that's all on me and they were willing and able to help just about 24/7. I was fortunate enough to stay in a newly upgraded suite, having something akin to central air as opposed to their older style aircon system. It came with variable degree remotes, and it was noticeably easier to maintain a consistent temp in the whole suite compared to my last trip! Check in and out are amazing as always, they're able to accommodate 24/7 arrivals and departures which are almost always an issue from JP>KL and vice versa! Another change I noticed was an option to put in requested days for room service as opposed to asking every day, which was welcome and saved everyone time I reckon.

Cons: Most issues I had were nothing new, things like the sauna and Jacuzzi functions for the pool still being out of service, but hardly deal breakers for me. I would prefer a more medium firmness pillow, but some may like the ultra soft flat ones!

Inspite of the check in issues, our stay was comfortable as they have a beautiful apartment in the best location!

Pros: The property was welcoming and well maintained. Also the staff were courteous and sweet. They guided us how to do the kl trip. The only issue was we stayed too less, we should have booked or whole trip with them! They were too good!

Cons: They don’t allow for an early check in and we’re ready to charge additional for early check-in. We told them that we will check out early morning on last day but they still don’t do it.

Fantastic, budget friendly option in wonderful location!

Pros: After 2.5 weeks in Malaysia, this was by far our favourite stay. Very budget friendly at 310RM per night, and a great, spacious room with fantastic facilities. Absolutely perfect location and friendly staff.

Pros: It's is cosy n quiet. Love the place. Will come again. The staff is very friendly.. The lady that chk in us and the gentleman thst arrange for us to park the car. Even the room attendand/housekeeping is friendly n take her time to explain abt the room. Wonderful.
