Pros: Location , no shortage of eateries in the mall below, or even shopping, something for everybody.

Cons: Apartment could do with a toaster for European taste Would be slightly concerned by what appears to be a shute to outside, that, for safety when kids about should be locked ( no.27)

Great budget friendly apartment

Pros: Highly recommend the apartment for the price point. Location is fabulous and the cleaning and guest services team are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The apartment is spacious and accommodates 3 very well. The facilities are great and well maintained.

Pros: Beautiful suites right near the shopping the mall. Perfect for our 4 nights stay.

Elegant apartment attached to shopping mall

Pros: Location, attached to shopping mall and the monorail station. Elegant apartment.

Pros: Henry and Rocky are so helpful and always ready to assist when I needed something. Service was prompt and very good !

Cons: The room curtains is not able to close completely. When you sleep the sunlight comes through especially the single bed which facing the window.

Cons: The check in process a bit hasle. The signage of the building is very misleading. Without the help of the check in staff no way I could find the unit myself. Exiting from the lift lobby to the unit (level 9) is very dampness smell and stale.

Wonderful stay - don’t miss out

Pros: Big clean room with comfy bed, great view and small kitchen. Good aircon, perfect location near to monorail and well connected to main attractions, huge pool with bar and food, sauna, fitness centre. Best of all is the location right above huge shopping centre with food, shops and entertainment for all (including full size rollercoaster). Overall, Henry and Rocky really made our experience special, our stay felt like a 5* at a very affordable price.

Convenient Location

Pros: The room is massive, bed was comfortable. Location was great for shopping, and attractions were about a 10 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk. Very convenient being connected to the shopping centre and not having to go far for meals. Nice pool - needs more lounge furniture. Also had a steam room and sauna which I didn't use but good to have.

Cons: My only comment is that the room is a little outdated and doesn't really suit the stars allocated, but this is only aesthetics.

I would gladly return for another visit.

Pros: The apartment is well maintained, very spacious, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. Its location is a huge plus point; MRT, Bukit Bintang is in walking distance, and there is a mall and food court downstairs, so it's super convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
