Pros: The room is spacious and nice view of swimming pool

Cons: Kitchen utensil rusting like pot and pan, straches.

Pros: Kind staff, clean room, comfy bed, good location, I especially like that there is a water dispenser because I drink a lot so I didn't need to buy bottled water. Very convenient.

Cons: The wall is thin so sometimes I can hear the next door very clearly. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Great pool view

Pros: Location is perfect. Near Petronas. Pool view is superb. Room is spacious and very well equipped.

Cons: Sound isolation is poor. You hear you neighbors and everything that happens in the corridor

Pros: Location is perfect. Rooftop swimming pool is amazing, especially with the view in the evening. Value for money We got a room with laundry machine, with dryer function.

Cons: Long wait for the elevator to go up. Staff don't always respond quickly to whatsapp messages, which is their main way of requesting services. Towel renewal is every 3 days by default. Same with clean up of your room. Not a big deal but good to know upfront. Would have been nice if there was a way to hang up your washed clothes.

Scarletz Suites by Mana-Mana

Pros: We really liked the location, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets. The room had everything you need for living, there was a washing machine, an extension cord with an adapter for a European plug. But we had our own adapter. The room had 2 beds, almost double, so we easily accommodated a family with two children. Perhaps this information will be useful to someone, in the shower for hot water, you need to turn it on first on the light switch.

Cons: We had an early arrival at 8am and had to wait until 3pm to check in. Due to the strict rules for checking in at 3pm, there was a crowd of people in the lobby. But there is an option to leave your luggage for a fee and go for a walk around the city, which is what we did. There are only 4 elevators for 47 floors in the building, so they were always full. We stayed on the 12th floor, so the elevators going down were always full of people. There was a sewer smell in the room, most likely this is a problem with the whole building, since in some places on the street it was the same. It was not possible to open the windows, most likely for safety reasons.

Pros: I loved everything about this suite , location is best near petronas tower , i had petronas view from bathroom , it has jacuzzi , and room was also quite good. They also have small kitchen where you can cook , overall i loved stay.

Cons: I think there was some problem with basin but doesn't matter lot.

Pros: The location is excellent — very close to PETRONAS twin tower (10minitus walkable distance) and nearby shopping malls, making it extremely convenient for both leisure and errands. nice swimming pool.

Pros: I would have loved for the gym and pool to have elongated opening times, but besides that, I really enjoyed the stay. Especially the view out the big glass front in my Room, and the view from the Pool. It‘s incredible at Sunset.

Overall a wonderful location and a comfortable stay.Would suggest tourist to come and stay here

Pros: The location was wonderful and all the basic requirements were available in the room.It was spacious.

Pros: Nice apartment with good view of KL city. Easy check-in and staff is friendly Water pressure is very good and the bed is comfortable

Cons: The lift is crazy packed!!! Not possible to service the whole building of 48 level with just 4 lifts and stopping at every single level During the peak hrs like 10am-12pm, u need to wait at least 20mins to get into the lift and another 5 mins to get down to the ground level. During the night peak time (9-10pm) it's also crazy packed! There are also many inconsiderate parents than doesn't fold up their children stroller when entering the lift and takes up more space when there's already very limited space
