Pros: Great location, friendly staff, easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, tourist spots, amazing view from the windows (stayed at 52nd) I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back to KL

Cons: Only downside was bedsheet could be cleaner..

When I return to KL, I like to stay in this complexes.

Pros: -Very central. You are close to everything, but at night it is very calm, you don't hear any noise. - 2 small markets nearby. - Very secure, you pass 3 levels with your pass to get to your room.

Pros: The location is amazing. Food options and transportation are nearby.

Cons: No cleaning staff was assigned for daily basis cleaning.

Pros: I love the room, clean and just nice for the 3 of us..

Cons: Of course the lift!! The lift took so long, it felt like forever.

Pros: Excellent Pool. Swift check-in, great location and the room was spacious.

Great location, perfect for a short stay

Pros: Really convenient location in Bukit Bintang, walking distance to the Pavilion mall, Jalan Alor night market and lots of restaurants. Rooms were clean and modern and the rooftop pool was lovely!

Cons: Quite noisy, doors slam very loudly. Lifts take a while to come and the pool gets very crowded around sunset.

Pros: The residence Manager was very helpful and caring. Everything as per the photos.

Great location, super clean, small room.

Pros: No breakfast offered. Great location. Room very clean. City view good. Good wifi in room. Bed comfy!

Cons: Lobby wifi intermittent. Check in & out a bit tricky. Very noisy cleaners banging doors at 10:30 pm

Location

Pros: Location is everything about this property. Axon is a very busy building, yes there are lines for the elevator because it just that busy. The lobby is always filled with persons coming in and out. We communicated when we need the room cleaned and that was done. The room was comfortable

Cons: The room was clean but it needed a deep clean. It was clean enough. There were areas in the bathroom especially to the bottom of the glass enclosure that attention need to be paid to. In the kitchenette the utensils were limited ton nonexistent.

M'sia Masters' stay

Pros: Location was good. Services were efficient. I had to check out very early (5am), the deposit was refunded promptly via online transfer.

Cons: Would be nice if there was a mini fridge, but not a major inconvenience without it, as there was a mini-mart on the ground floor.
