Strategic location with some improvement on cleanliness

Pros: Location is in the heart of bukit bintang. Walking distance to a lot of eateries and malls.

Cons: Room happen to have baby cockroach in the toilet and the wardrobe. Check in method can be improve by using letter box method instead of meeting up with agent.

One of the biggest advantages of this property is its prime location in Bukit Bintang. Shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The host/staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Overall, Axon Purple Suite Kuala Lumpur offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Pros: The hotel's location is one of its strongest points. The room exceeded expectations for 2 adults plus luggage and had a comfortable bed with crisp linens. Staff were consistently friendly and professional.

Loved it

Pros: I forgot the name but i think the staff is from Bangladesh, very soft spoken, polite and helpful to guide me for my check in and check out process. The view was amazing, I loved the pool. The location is also just perfect for a staycation as it is just minutes away from the center of Bukit Bintang

Cons: The gym equipments should have more varieties. My room didn’t have the basic minibar fridge :(
