Pros: The rooftop pool and view are truly impressive. Watching the city lights at night from the top was one of the best parts of the experience. The location is also very strategic, close to KLCC, convenience stores, and plenty of food options nearby.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Platinum Suites. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the KL skyline was beautiful, especially at night. The infinity pool is definitely the highlight. You can see the city from the top, and it feels very relaxing. The location is also great, close to KLCC and many restaurants.

Fair stay with Great Pool

Pros: Residence was big and clean. Quite spacious bedrooms, lounge and toilets. all amenities were provided. Infinity pool was the best thing of the Hotel.

Cons: Starting after booking there was either delayed or no response on any query from the host. Malaysian visas are issued only with paid bookings, i tried with the host but they didn't provide me with one. which left me with bad situation on visa. on arrival also no reception support as it is private property. We had to wait long in lobby with family and luggage and host arrived late. Fridge in the room was not working which we came to know next day when we saw our food and milk got Rotten. Thorough cleaning is required before giving to second guest as someone's socks were lying in the main living room. Just a suggestion to keep Pool water warm as it is already on top and cold, so kids got sickness.
