Pros: The host responds very quickly, very responsible and helpful throughout our stay.

Pros: Can direct walk from MRT Bukit Bintang to here. This location is good, near to pavillion and easy to find foods. The view is beautiful. The air-con, hair dryer and water heater are working well. The TV is big.

Cons: There is one room with a queen size bed and another single bed in the living room near the kitchen. When I book this room I don't know the single bed is in the living room. I thought had 2 rooms so I was surprised about this. There was no Wi-fi on the first day, but they solved it on the second day. Need to request many times for room service only they will come. But so far customer service is ok. I stayed from 1 Jan to 4 Jan and had to wait at least half an hour for the elevator. There were a lot of people and we queued very long for the elevator.

Pros: D location near all the places I want to go, just walking distance... The view from the room

Pros: Running/track on level 10 or so is underrated The pool has epic views

Cons: Lifts are slow. During peak hours don't be surprised to wait in line. the sauna wasn't open during the time of stay

Excellent location at the heart of Bukit Bintang

Pros: You have the host representative that constantly ask about our whereabouts and very friendly

Cons: Booked for 5 ppl but only 2 queen sized bed was provided.

Amazing view on the Petronas towers

Pros: The view from our hotel room and from the pool in the Petronas towers was amazing. The pool area was very comfortable.

Cons: Walking distance to some interesting locations was quite far

Good stay overall after a painful arrival

Pros: Great access for living in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room we had was good and had everything you need. Very convenient to have a convenience (sic) store next door, we used it everyday. The team is also super quick to answer any question you have or help you with problems you may experience during your stay.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the price shown on the app is not the total price paid. You have to go to the PDF to realise that there is a 8% tax; plus a 16% one and daily tax to add. We ended up paying a lot more than expected. It was only possible to pay by cash, which meant that we had to go to an ATM that was charging way too much in fees... Really a painful way to start the stay. Also, be careful as the traffic can build up incredibly fast around the hotel, meaning that you could be blocked for a very long time (we were blocked for an hour once around 11AM).

Value stay if booked in advance

Pros: Garden on 10th floor , Gym, infinity pool on the 37th floor makes up for the small room size

Cons: Room cleaning, towel change, water only on reminder

Great apartment, excellent location.

Pros: Great location, big apartment, allowed me a late checkout as I was sick, great AC and shower, netflix on the tele.

Pros: An excellent host and a fantastic location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, offering easy access to various attractions. The room i got was clean with stunning views of the Petronas and KL Towers, plus great rooftop pool and gym facilities.

Cons: The reception area and the lifts were always busy.
