Quill Residence- Minimalist Urban Condo by Azmila

Loved it

Pros: A beautiful and clean apartment in a very nice residence. Communication was fast and helpful, the host even picked us up from the monorail station which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very good and the kitchen well equipped. We even had a washing machine. You could notice that the host takes care of the small things like shampoo and shower gel, enough clean kitchen towels and free tea and coffee. We loved the superb gym and the huge pool. It was no problem to swim in a bikini. There are 6 elevators, so waiting time is limited. The location is perfect, connected to the monorail station and a big shopping mall.

Pros: Sgt2 berpuas hati dgn homestay ni. Minimalist, selesa sgt, whole house sgt bersih and layanan host pon sgt welcoming😍 will consider to repeat again next time

Pros: Clean and cosy. Everything functions well. Bed is firm and comfortable. 4 clean and quality towels provided. Facilities listed are all well provided. Prompt reimbursement of the security deposit by the host.

Cons: Entrance door knob abit defective, reassured by the host. The lifts a bit slow.

Pros: Mineral water are provided to compensate for the lack of water dispenser. Small drinks (coffee, tea) are provided which are out of expectation as most property are most like would not provide.

Cons: Ceiling fan are observed to be dusty, overall cleanliness of the property still can be improved.

Nice place

Pros: receptionist is very responsive and soft spoken. Doesn't take time to answer customer questions. problem solved. Clean and nice place. trusted and recommended.

Pros: Its my third time stay here at lvl 18, the host is friendly, the room smell so good , easy parking , deposit will return back after checkout if using cash, conneted to mall...everything is perfect in here...

Cons: The host really resolved the problem at 18 floor room toilet , goodjob ..now the room become perfecto already without the smell of the toilet.....bravo

Pros: Very well maintained. And very clean. I like the pillow, hotel like pillows. Free parking, and not limited to only one parking spot. Owner is very responsive to text an inquiry.

Pros: The location is impecable. The room also quite spacious with every things you need and more. The host also very gracious to contact me as I was very busy prior to the trip.

Cons: The smell from the water drain is nauseating, I know the host have put some repellant and perfume but it cannot cover the smell. This have to do with the building managament on the plumbing system , not the owner.

Cons: Smell durian in fridge and effect whole property.. Maybe previous guest bring durian when stay.
