Pros: I had a wonderful experience. The stay was perfectly comfortable, and the location was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Cons: No cleaning service was provided during my 10 days stay, otherwise the stay was pleasant

Overall, if i come over in the near future. I'll take alook on this unit if its available to be rent.

Pros: Staying here for 7 days worth the price. Unit is equipped with washing machine (with build in dryer) really help us with washing our cloths during our stay.

Cons: Well the aircond inside the bedroom isnt cold like the outside, but with the help of the fan inside the room. Doesn't bother us alot if we needed the room to be cold.

Good stay but could be improved

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean with good WiFi. There is a small grocery store on ground level. Within 10-15 minutes walking distance there are restaurants and cafes (at Publika and Solaris). If you need to travel any further, using the Grab or Bolt apps is convenient for booking an inexpensive taxi.

Cons: The swimming pool on the recreation level was unfortunately undergoing maintenance when I was there, so it was unavailable. On my last night, the main elevators weren’t working. Only the service elevator which was small and very busy, obviously. It’s a long way to walk via the stairs. I was not made aware until the day before that a 300 MYR refundable deposit was required. As a traveller from overseas, this was inconvenient for two reasons. I was charged an international transfer fee just to pay the deposit, and as I was only made aware of this via WhatsApp the day before I was to fly out, it very difficult to arrange the necessary details. I was basically on a flight all the next day so could not do anything until I landed in Malaysia. It would be helpful if the owners gave several days notice, not just one day notice, and also mentioned in their listing that a 300 MYR refundable deposit would be required.
