Pros: First of all, I would like to thank every member of The Luxe by Kuala Lumpur City. A special thanks to the boss and the management, because they work very hard and truly put in their best effort to ensure guest satisfaction. I stayed there for one day, and I honestly never felt like I was in a hotel. It felt like I was at my own home. Their behavior was so warm and caring, and they constantly try to make their guests happy. Their rooms, beds, bathrooms, floors, balconies, uniforms, and overall service—everything combined was simply outstanding. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel whenever you visit Malaysia. Please remember the name: The Luxe by Kuala Lumpur City. Thank you once again, The Luxe by Kuala Lumpur City. Pros: I stayed at this hotel for one day, and I truly enjoyed everything. Everything was excellent—the view from my room, the cleanliness, the TV, the bathroom, the bed—overall, simply outstanding. What I liked the most was that all the staff were Bengali. I never expected they would manage everything so professionally. The staff and the management were all very warm, polite, and sincere in their communication. Just as they are neat and well-organized, their rooms are also perfectly maintained. I have never experienced service like this anywhere else before. Next time I visit Malaysia, I will definitely stay here again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to every member of The Luxe by Kuala Lumpur City. I will always remember you.

Hea asukohaga hotell, rahulikuks lõõgastuseks.

Pros: Hea asukiht, ca 30 minutit kõndimist kesklinna, nt Hop On hop off turismibussile.Hotelli katusel suur bassein, võimsa vaatega ja mõnusa veega, hea sportlik turgutus nii hommikul, päeval kui õhtul. Korrus kõrgemal jõusaal. Toas hea konditsioneer ja lisaks ka suur laeventilaator. Hea uni suures laias voodis.

Cons: Lifti pidi teinekord (õhtuti) pikalt ootama.
