Very comfortable and a great location.

Pros: Lovely rooms, everything clean. Hosts where particularly helpful and responded immediately when contacted. Easy to contact on the phone. Pool area good. Facilities in the kitchen, some knives/cooking utensils etc. missing. Apart from that and the lifts, I would definitely stay here again. Good location, 10 mins from Tun Razak Exchange MRT and TRX shopping Mall with loads of shops and restaurants. 5 Minute walk to Prince Court Hospital.

Cons: The lift system leaves a lot to be desired. Electronic touch screen floor choice which doesn't always work and you could find yourself going up and all the way back down again stopping at all the floors called. Avoid using the lifts between 11.00am and 2.00pm, this is when everyone is checking out, or in. You could wait up to 20/30 minutes if you are on a lower floor.
