affordable luxury in a beautiful KL high rise
Pros: The property was so comfortable and convenient, with an LRT station on the doorstep, a mall downstairs and a 7-11 nearby. it was accessible for wheelchair users. the swimming pool and recreation area is gorgeous and th view across KL stunning. we particularly appreciated the balcony as this is not always available in KL .
Cons: The directions to the property were a little confusing as it did not come up in the Grab list and we were misdirected to another property at first.

Excellent place for two people, but not for three
Pros: Very nice and clean apartment. Good location, near the LRT. Infinity pool
Cons: Not really suitable for 3 people: the sofabed was uncomfortable. Only two chairs, plates, utensils, etc.

Fantastic stay!
Pros: Check in process was very straight forward with full details sent prior to arrival. Security deposit was refunded very quickly after departure. Location is slightly out of town however, the train station is at the complex so travel into the city is very simple and easy. Pool area and views of sunset over KL each night are fantastic! Would definitely return if visiting KL again.
Cons: Large wardrobe but only 3 coat hangers, it would be useful to have more. The iron could do with replacing.

Execellent facilities in great location

Pros: Nice unit with good view . The pool was also the best part of the apartment.
Cons: Utilities provided in the kitchen would be better. There is no extra garbage bag ,pots and pans and kitchen towel .

Lovely apartment with a gracious host would definitely book again
Pros: We had booked the Presidential Suite. Don’t expect it to be like something that you would expect a President to live in but it was a lovely self contained studio flat suitable for 2 people. It’s large and comes with a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cooker and smart tv. The little things you would expect were provided like soap, towels, tea, sugar, powdered milk, toilet paper, disposable slippers. The apartment was spotless. We were met in reception by the host Haris who was such a lovely person. He took us to our room, gave us his number and messaged later in the evening to check everything was ok. It’s a shame we were only staying for one night as it’s the perfect place to spend a lot longer if you are spending a few nights in KL.
Cons: The apartments are located over a shopping mall and there are 4 different towers. The booking did not indicate which tower we were in. It would have been good if it had. We were dropped off outside tower C and eventually ascertained we were supposed to be in Tower A so had to take 4 suitcases a few hundred yards to the correct entrance. Other than Haris who met us at the Tower A reception no one else spoke any English which didn’t help. Please make it clear which tower people need to go to.

Clean and good view
Pros: Our second time here. Love the view from the balcony, clean and good smelling apartment. Great washer / dryer available. Easy access (sheltered) to elsewhere with the train station just below the apartment.

Great Location and Facilities — Lovely Skyline View
Pros: Super convenient location with direct access to LRT. Room has excellent view of the skyline. Swimming pool has the same excellent view. Security inside the property and the mall is top notch. Facilities inside the room were excellent and well maintained.
Cons: The mall below is slowly dying. The car park system is a nightmare. Visitors have to park at Level 10 and are not given car park key card, only given the room key card. Ramp to the park is a 10-level spiral that will definitely make you dizzy. I don’t like the parking.

Pros: First time here! Booked for the Presidential Suite, but got upgraded to Premium 1 Bedroom Suite! The room fits perfectly for us, a family of 3 (2A+1C). The room we had has exactly what we needed —washing machine + dryer, bidet, ironing facilities & Netflix/YouTube. Travelling with a 5yo, TV streaming like this is a plus point!! Our host, Haris, is very responsive and accommodating. We are very much delighted with the services provided. Thank you, Haris!
