Pros: 2nd time staying at this apt and sane unit too. Nice and clean apt. Host has always been nice and easy going since the last time my family stayed here. Location is within walking distance to big malls.

Excellent location and well presented and clean apartment.

Pros: The location is ideal for walking to the Pavilion. Also, it's easy to communicate with the owner and his team via WhatsApp. There is provision for linen and towels but no hand towels were provided when we had first checked in. As we have stayed at most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area, and our experience is that they all provide hand towels, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and his team promptly provided two hand towels. We had asked one of his team members if we could borrow an umbrella due to heavy rains in KL and it was notable that this item was provided as well.

Cons: Most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area provide complimentary tea or coffee bags but none was provided at Soho Suites KLCC. This was a minor issue and the suggestion from the owner was to purchase from a mini shop within the building. The other minor issue is the TV which is not intuitive to operate but perseverance helps so we were able to watch YouTube channels on the TV.

Suitable for both leisure and work

Pros: definitely a good place to stay at for business and for leisure as well. Location is a great plus and the staff are courteous as well. I'd recommend this place for your next travel to KL.

EXCELLENT PLACE

Pros: İt totally clean, Kenny is so helpful and kind.. this place is safe and the facilities in the apartment is totally good.. if İ going to KL, will book this place again.. very convenient and comfortable.. There my son left his belonging in the apartment after ,we check out.. İ asked Kenny if they found that thing.? Luckily we still in KL and got that thing back and his staff gave to us save and sound.. thank you so much for the kindness..

Très bon appartement en plein centre KLCC, propre et confortable

Pros: Kenny très serviable et nous a attendu à l'arrivée et nous a donné deux clés (souvent on ne donne que 1) Appartement propre et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut place de parking disponible et la piscine semble sympa (au 3ème étage, pas utilisée) l'emplacement est parfait en plein centre, en plus à coté il y a un tunnel pour les pietons qui peut ramener directement au parc KLCC ou au centre commercial Pavillon, ça évite de traverser la route

Cons: rien, de ne pas etre resté plus longtemps une piscine en rooftop aurait été sympa
