Pros: The pool has a great view of Twin Towers. Staff are helpful. Baset helped me with luggage which I appreciated a lot.

Cons: My apartment on the 11th floor didn't have much sunlight.

Pros: Ease for check in and check out process, the staff was proactive to keep in touch. location is really strategic, property is awesome, with complete cuttlery, etc inside the room. They prepare waiting room, nice.

Great but was unaware of deposit

Pros: The location was amazing really close to the train station

Cons: They didn't make it aware that I needed to have a cash deposit of RM 200 (which I didn't have and they took $100 AUD instead) they did return it apon leaving and did confirm that they received it via message.

Pros: The location is superb, in combination with the price and the cleanliness of the room, it's definitely worth it.

Cons: The water in the swimming pool was too cold

Be aware of fines in the rooftop pool. No towels given at the pool.

Pros: Amazing host. Very welcoming. Greeted me on arrival downstairs, showed me to the apartment. The building itself is located good, swimming pool rooftop has amazing view over the city.

Cons: Very strict rules in the pool upstairs. I leaned on the edge of the pool with my elbow and got a fine 200RM. This is not acceptable in my opinion. There is guy that speaks no English and is very angry to stand there looking at people who enjoy the view and swimming and he likes to assert himself because of his worthlessness and uselessness and gives fines to everyone who is simply approaching the edge.
