Overall it’s a good try for first timer :)

Pros: Great location,walking distance to KLCC park and Suria KLCC shopping mall. attentive staffs, big space. Quiet environment, soundproof windows and doors .

Cons: 1. It would be good if there is free gym. 2. Can provide more toothpaste for guests who stays more than one day, currently the toiletry they provided only enough for one time use not even one whole day. 3. It could be better if they provided disposable slipper to wear in the room.

Pros: Friendly assistance in checking-in and checking-out. The location is good and KLCC is within walking distance.

Overall a good apartment. We don't mind staying again there in our future visit.

Pros: Location was great only 300m from Suria KLCC and 700m from Pavillion. Apartment have what we needed eg kitchenette and washing machine. We check -in at almost midnight and the host staff made our check-in smooth and within 10mins of arriving we already in our apartment.

Cons: There are no pots and pans for us to cook during the evening. You have to ask from the host staff. The price rate is on the steep side but I booked it a week before arriving and its peak season (christmas season) anyway.

Pros: We came from New Zealand.. we came 2 hours early. The staff was so nice let us in early and lat us check at 2. Also give us 3 bedroom . Very clean and good location. Next to 7 eleven and Starbucks. 2 mind walk to twin towers and suitable mall .
