Pros: very nice and comfortable, easy excess to shop, and isolate area so when my kids noisy not to worry about.. can keep luggage excess for free when waiting to catch up late flight after check out.. so private and so friendly. would like to return back to this properties next time when visiting KL

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: It can be noisy at night, especially when there are events at the pavilion. However, this is to be expected when staying in the middle of a busy area.

Cons: The fifth floor lobby requiring a change in lift banks was a small inconvenience but is ok.

Pros: Room was cosy and clean. Amenities provided were good.

Cons: Unfortunately some of the lights, wifi and wall sockets stopped working on our last day which was a bit inconvenient. However, the maintenance person was quick to respond and recitfiy the issue

Central location, large living space and rooms, perfect for families.

Pros: The location is right in the middle of all the action in Bukit Bintang. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Our family of five were very comfortable and this style of accommodation beats a hotel room any day!

Cons: The 5th floor elevator change (where the apartment. Reception is located) is a little inconvenient but once you get used to it, it’s fine. The positives far out weigh this one negative point.

Everything is perfect! Suitable for family with kids and easy access for elderly.
