Calm Place

Pros: The unit itself is very comfortable. Convenient as a place to makan is at ground level.

Cons: When entering and exiting parking. Need to give the security guard I/C or driving license. Should be 1 time registration. The lift access card can be used as a access parking lot or should provide 1 parking lot access card. Either lah. Hope can improve in the future.

Pros: My family enjoyed the stay.. 1. Good management - just minor constructive comment - Enhance the waiting period upon query 2. Room - Awesome (for future improvement to at least provide a simple refreshment) 3. The breakfast ambience was nice,good quality, staff very polite and sweet 4. Check in and out instructions were clear

Pros: Les restaurants juste en bas sont bon, il y a un centre commercial à pieds. La piscine est bien ainsi que les équipements. Dans l'ensemble c'était propre , on appréhendait un peu par apport aux commentaires.

Cons: L'accueil n'est pas fabuleux et ne donne pas une première impression grandiose. On a l'impression qu'ils sont un peu paresseux. Lisez bien les messages que Neu vous envoie il y aura toutes les infos nécessaire. Un grand merci à une femme de ménage qui a su mieux nous renseigner que le personnel de l'accueil. On a séjourné 6 jours où on a mangé le même petit dejeuner alors que Booking nous en avait proposé deux. Il y a 41 étages, donc parfois l'ascenseur met vraiment mais vraiment du temps à venir.
