Great staycation

Pros: The unit is brand new. Love the pool. Can see all the skyscrapers in KL

Cons: The owner is not so friendly. If you have extra car, you need to ask the owner to fill in qr code and then you can park inside

Pros: 1. Nice apartment, clean and beautiful 2. Safe and convenient 3. Enough beds for 6 people 4. Fast replies whatsapp with owner 5. Nice swimming pool, gym and park at Level 8 6. Water filter for hot and cold water 7. Wifi is fast 8. Uses access card to use the lift 9. Have fridge to store food and drinks 10. Self check in and check out

Cons: 1. The resident parking is at level 7, have to take so much time going up and down the building. 2. As for visitor parking for extra cars, you need to ask owner to provide registration link and QR code to enter. If not, you need to use the valet parking which is quite expensive. 3. The guards are not fluent in Malay and English. 4. No iron and ironing board provided in the apartment. We need to request from owner to send the iron to us. 5. No trash bin and trash bags provided, we need to buy our own. 6. No cups provided, need to bring your own disposable cups. 7. No water heater for showers. 8. No hangers provided to hang clothes and towels. 9. 1 shared bathroom.

Pros: Unit still new and clean ssmr as the photos and facility are nice Beds and furniture are nice There is a water filter

Cons: Car park location in level 7 There were no cups for water or tea,

Comfortable, strategic location with marts, pharmacy and cafes at ground floor.

Pros: Interior design is simple yet warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the stunning view from the top level of the building. Check in procedure is easy and fast. Water dispenser is provided.

Cons: Basic toiletries like body wash and hair shampoo were not provided, tissue box in the living room was empty, hairdryer was also not provided. Luckily we had brought our own. The oven was left uncleaned with grease and crumbs after the previous check out.

Pros: Cleanliness, location n recreation facilities...my kids love the pools

Cons: Troublesome to open the main door everytime to enter the house

Need a bit of improvements.

Pros: The public facilities of the apartment itself. The pool was amazing. The gym is great. The building is still brand new. There were sone store down stairs to buy things you need along your stay and few restaurants available. There's waterheater, internet works very well. Washing machine available so don't have to bring a lot of clothes, but you need to buy the detergent at the convenient store.

Cons: Location wise, you need to walk some distance to access MRT. About 1.2 km was the nearest. 50 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang. So we have to take grab each time to travel. The host is so so. Lack of communication and not a flexible one. Cannot get an early check in - check in at 3pm, no daily cleaning (so you gotta do a self service cleaning). Not enough floormat. Only one available on the spot. There is kitchen, but there's no appliances you can use to cook. But they sent us one when we asked. It was nice though. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you. I hope you will improve your service.

Great apartment, great value, and great views

Pros: The apartment was immaculate. The descriptions do not do the recreational facilities justice. The pool is big and beautiful. There are actually three areas, one big pool, one pool for laps, and one splash pad area. There are two recreation rooms that have badminton nets, snooker tables, and table tennis areas. There is an outdoor basketball court. You can ask the guard to check out sports equipment. The view from the balcony is amazing of the Petronas Twin towers as well as building 118 which is the second tallest building in the world. The views at night are amazing with all the lights. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Across the street with Southgate business center which had plenty of restaurants to grab a quick bite. Keep in mind that after 6:00 p.m. only the Indian restaurant is open. But there are many choices of Chinese Indian and a couple little mini marts. There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor that just opened.

Cons: If you want to be close to KLCC then you might find this a little bit far because of the traffic that you get stuck in, not because of the distance. But that was okay for us. The apartment is a new listing and so there are a few minor things that the owner will probably do to make the say even better. On the bottom floor not all shops and restaurants are open yet so when those open this would even be more convenient.
