it was a great stay

Pros: This is a work trip. Arte is the nearest and most strategically located place for my stay, especially during the ASEAN Summit. You can easily get food delivery and use Grab for transportation. They also have a Bila-Bila Mart. The house is clean, and the bed is comfy.

Cons: there are some closed amenities

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Pros: Although the view is restricted because mine facing the pools , but i like the ambience.

Pros: I like the view the most of course🥰 Since, I only stay for 2 days, it's not enough. Will try to stay for more than 2 days after this since I'm not done traveling the whole building.

Cons: I like to cook but the portable gas cooker is not functioning well. So, I guess the wonder could change the new one.

Pros: Clear check in instruction video provided but I still asked the guard for a faster and smooth check in. I parked in front of the lobby, walked through the public lift until the end to the EXIT door to reach MK2 mailbox. There is a blue Autopay machine beside the EXIT door. The host are friendly and responsible. Sent me all check in information the day before I arrive. The unit are completed with all necessarities, clean, comfy and minimalist style. Sure will come back again!

Cons: I would prefer the unit to prepare 1-2 wiping cloth in the kitchen and also hand soap. I'm curious why KL's homestay does not provide wiping cloth in the kitchen...but luckily I still can use the toilet paper and the free shampoo/bath soap.

Pros: The city view from the apartment is awesomely beautiful at night. Easy access of Grab car and food. I'm not sure if I got it on promotion but it is quite cheap. It only costs me 200++ per night for 2 rooms apartment which is super valuable for money.

Cons: 1. Something unexpected happened. The ceiling paiting dropped off on the bed in the subsequent room. Grateful no one was on it during the incident. Unfortunately we only discover it late at night, as we reached home late that day. We asked for a housekeeper @ shift of apartment but both are not available. So the room was not in usable condition that night. we had to cramped in the master room while someone had to sleep on the sofa. Quite discouraging. However the management promise to give us some refund for the unexpected issue - which is quite relieving. 2. The 2nd toilet on 1st level is unusable so we had to share 1 toilet for everyone. Another toilet below had neither lamp nor soap.

Pros: Need a guide during check in, for sure and not be confused to check in. Tq

Cons: Only wen check in time no guide .
