Convenient, comfort and will come again

Pros: Location. Within comfortable walking distance to LRT station, to KL Gateway Mall and the Sphere. The key collection process is a bit inconvenient, but no big issue. We needed a QR code to enter into the lobby, in order to collect the key cards, but the QR code could not be generated due to a system error. Fortunately, there were a lot of people coming out and going in. So we managed to catch one of those open door opportunities.

Cons: Really nothing to highlight.
