ViiA Residences Kuala Lumpur

Location, accommodation and staff were excellent. Close to the Mid Valley Shops and train station.

Pros: Registering was quick and easy, staff were respectful and pleasant. Easy to communicate. Room was very comfortable with all the facilities. All facilities were clean and tidy. Refrigerator and washing machine were up to the task as the fridge was a full size and not a small one.

Cons: Only minor issue was that more instructions or tags on the switches on the wall would help with turning on the induction cook top and advise on how to switch on the tv monitor to obtain You-tube and Netflix as no tv programs are available, not sure if the lack of reception or otherwise. However once advised we were able to watch Netflix.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

Pros: We enjoyed every moment of our stay at ViiA Residences. The location is convenient to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We are already booking to go back to KL and will definitely choose ViiA Residences for our next stay.

Pros: Great value, location was superb. Close proximity to Lrt and malls. Fantastic pool and security. Staff was helpful

Cons: Room scent was a bit strong. Car parking was limited. Beds were only queen size, would love King size beds.

It was overall a quite good stay.

Pros: Cleanliness, hygiene, location and the helpful staff

Cons: A table ironing board was provided at the two room balcony suite i stayed. Would have been so much helpful if they provided a full foldable board. Also the staff though they are friendly takes time to respond to messages. I thought a breakfast inclusive stay meant a buffet but instead it was a very selective limited menu of maybe 7 dishes that didn’t include much variety and from which i just had to select my breakfast for everyday.

Pros: Value for money. Nice property and walkable to midvalley

Cons: Private Car park is limited at the property. Have to pay for nearby Public carpark which can be costly. If dont drive, this is perfect.

Pros: Great stay at Viia Residence Mid Valley. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. Super convenient location right next to Mid Valley Megamall, yet quiet and peaceful. Easy check-in and nice view. Would stay again 👍

Pros: I like the room and the amenities provided and also its location is superb .

Cons: Iam on wheelchair so it quite diff for me to go into the room on wheelchair and at elevator as well . If the management can provide a small moveable ramp is much better as any guest on wheelchair request for the ramp is easy to arrange for it .

Pros: Option for early check in and late check out, the rooms were spacious and lots of facilities included.

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

Excellent..

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable unit. Well furnished and equipped, felt like home. Walking distance to the malls and LRT station.

Cons: The floors is a bit dusty, cleanliness to be improved.
