Pros: Spacious room with a small.balcony, Bathrooms are very clean. Great Customer care And coffee and tea available at the lobby in the morning. Amd it's free!

Pros: The staff was very helpful and answered every question asked. She updated me after I accidentally spilt my food on the comforter that requires a change. The view was awesome where we can view the iconic KLCC Twin Towers. Location wise, it's in Bukit Bintang vicinity. Enjoyed the room in which the facilities inside was top notch. Will definitely stay there again for another ladies night out.

Cons: All good.
