Pros: Good location. Good space in the apartment. Great views at the pool. Overall good stay and would come again. Check in and checkout was very simple.

Cons: Pool turns into a place for people to take instagram photos. Lifts struggle with the number of people going up and down. Washer / dryer in the apartment was difficult to get to dry clothes properly. But these are small issues.

Overall, good stay despite being busy during peak hours.

Pros: Had a wonderful stay with my family at Eaton Residences KLCC. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to KLCC and nearby attractions. The unit was clean,comfortable and very well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended. Would consider staying again for my next trip to KL.

Pros: Good location. Amazing infinity pool with view of Petronas towers. Clean and safe. Air con in bedroom. Washing machine. Convenience store on site. Comfortable bed and pillows. Toiletries and bottles of water on arrival, which we didn't expect

Cons: Hot water didn't last long, although with the hot weather was tolerable. Air con in living area didn't work as well as the bedroom, made it less comfortable

Excellent accommodation

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like the photos very clean, modern, and in a fantastic location. The highlight of our stay was definitely the building’s pool, which offers wonderful views of the towers. Communication with the host was outstanding; they always responded quickly to our questions. I’m especially grateful that they allowed us to extend the luggage storage time by a few extra hours, which let us enjoy the city a bit more. Highly recommended!
