The location is strategic, house is cozy and complete with basic stuff needed, however, service can be improved more.

Pros: 1. The location is very strategic 2. facilities, interior is cozy for small families, very convenient to have kitchen and also kitchen stuff like plates, utensils etc. 3. Water dispenser is definitely a bonus very convenient to have cold water and hot water 4. Washing machine with dryer is also convenient 5. Owner prepared manual, however there are things need to be improved so not to confuse the guest - will write in below column. 6. Low density area, feel the apartment very quiet and not many people around. 7. Thank you for provided with so many plastics, convenient to use some for packing dirty laundry and wet clothes. 8. Pool area is nice and safe for kids

Cons: 1. Manual on some pages need to be improved - it says level 13, so those who are not used to building numbers, they will press 13 as instructed. The house is actually on level 13A - house rules page is hard to read. I ignore to read this page - should have stated how to receive the grabfood, which level is the facilities and how to get to the mall. The manual have stated KL attractions, but didnt really guide how to get to the mall below. 2. I didnt think the cleaner did a good job as theres some stuff regarding bathroom and stuff in washing machine s/he forgot. - Toilet paper finish didnt replace new one, luckily i found one in the storage area. Was about to buy before finding that one. Shower gel in the bottle is finished, almost buy a new one then i searched in the laundry cabinet in the kitchen, they have refill. - sabun basuh pinggan also i need to find in the cabinet myself. - Didnt plan to use the washing machines/Dryer but i extend my stay and need to use it. There are still bedsheet and towels in it, so had to lipat them and keep in the cupboard. - unorganized mattress, comforters in the cupboard. Hope all those stuff is washed if being used. But cant really tell if theyre properly washed 3. Parking was a bit confusing. The spots are not really near the tiang with Tower D on it. It is near Tower A tiang. If you have two cars coming in, only one card per car that can be used to enter residence parking area. Visitors can park at the mall but cant stay long if not have to pay a lot.

Comfortable and Pleasant Visit

Pros: Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation. I enjoyed my visit overall.

Cons: Only noticed that a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included plus no complimentary drinks. Adding these small essentials would make the stay even more convenient. But still it was good and comfortable stay👍🏻

Superb!

Pros: Love the ambience of the house,the furniture and the painting complement each other. Also love the fact that the unit has water dispenser and a very big TV!

Pros: Very easy to deal with owner and room very nice and clean 🫶🏻
