Pros: Friendly apartment owner. Fast response from owner when requested to repair damaged facility. Welling to help when I am facing problem.

Cons: Hand wash, body & hair shampoo could change to new small bottle type so that customer can feel that it is safe to use.

Pros: Die Ausstattung des gesamten Gebäudes. Pool, Fitnessbereich usw.

Cons: Der etwas umständliche Zugang. Man bekommt zwar eine Anleitung , aber das es an der Eingangstür von der Wohnung ein Zahlendisplayfeld gibt wo ein Code eingegeben werden kann - ist nicht für jeden ersichtlich. Dies sollte in der Anleitung noch ergänzt werden.
