Pros: The experience of staying in the apartment was wonderful.. To order chicken, we have to go to the counter and they send us a Qr code, which is very convenient. We don't have to wait. During our stay we couldn't get the AC to work properly and there were other minor issues that we didn't understand but Faisala helped us right away. She is a very helpful host and the staff are very helpful and the security guards are very helpful.

Pros: My experience staying at this hotel was really nice. It is just a short walk to the Twin Towers and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The staff here welcomed me to the room when I checked in. I will definitely come again.
