Pros: Everything. This place a MUST stay if you are going to Kuala Lumpur. Has everything you need under one roof

Cons: It wasn't a problem for me, but the shower doesn't really get hot. But this is literally no issue. Just others may not like it

Pros: The lovely views on Level 38 of the twin towers, Merdeka 118 etc Quick response to queries and fixing some issues

Cons: This is probably a common design problem in all the rooms in Tower A - the hand held shower holder is too high and the bottom of glass shower door should have a watertight splash seal to prevent shower water from splashing onto floor outside the shower door.
