The Pureloft Suites - Bukit Bintang KLCC

Great location, excellent restaurant and pool but the apparent was a little disappointing

Pros: The location was really good, MRT station within 10 mins walk. The onsite restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The pool was really good, security in the building was also excellent.

Cons: The safe didn’t work. The photos on booking.com didn’t represent what the apartment looked like. Also be aware that bedroom 4 is not a bedroom, it’s an area of the living space behind a curtain with no blinds at the window. Also the amount of beds shown on the description is also not accurate. More towels would have been nice. There were no hand towels provided and minimal bathroom supplies. The kitchen utensils were ok.

Gorgeous views in the city

Pros: The unit is exactly as described. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered and service was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked, and frank exceeded expectations. The balcony allowed for a lot of natural light to come into the unit, just made the overall vibe comfier. Sunset can also be seen from the balcony, which allows for an excellent photo op. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Amazing stay in KL

Pros: The property was very central located in the Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. The host personally greeted us and helped us to our unit. All inquiries I had, from food recommendations to fun things to do, not for a moment was I left unanswered. As for the room, it was great! All the amenities were equipped, and the WiFi was fast and stable enough for my son to play his online games. The breakfast menu is also very diverse, offering local options to western options to cater to everyone’s tastebuds.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Gorgeous unit with a view to die for. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend. Very good for the price.

Luxurious and comfortable

Pros: Had an amazing stay at the property. Unit is very well maintained and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Unit is nice and spacious, with a wonderful view from the bathtub and balcony. Perfect for those looking for a great photo op. On top of that, the staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. We had accidentally left the keys at a restaurant while we were out, messaged the host at 3AM, and got a response almost instantaneously. Matthew came down in less than 15 minutes to give us a spare key to our door. The breakfast they provided was also to our liking! Many options to choose from, suitable for those with families with varying taste buds. All in all, the stay I had at The Pureloft Suites was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the KLCC area.

Clean, huge, and beautiful apartment for a big family!

Pros: There weren't many reviews for this unit, but the Place was pristine! Amazing view, and kept spotless. No dust, no stains anywhere even behind the beds and furniture. The space was huge, more than enough for 7 adults and 2 kids and the balcony was the highlight. We took so many pictures. The kids loved the kid's pool and playground at level 10! They also served crunchy waffles for breakfast which the kids loved too! Another highlight was that we were able to self-collect the keys to apartment directly when we reached. The security guard was very friendly, helped us with our bags, and showed us where the keys were. Fantastic for a short stay in KL!
