Pros: Невероятный вид из окна, это лучшая квартира за такие небольшие деньги. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания, в доме классный бассейн на 8м этаже и терраса на крыше. Рекомендую на 100% и квартиру и хозяина! Хата - бомба, отвечаю!

Pros: Прожил полмесяца. Просторная квартира. Две спальни, две ванные комнаты, кухня совмещенная с гостиной, широкий балкон. Потрясающие виды с 65 этажа из окон спален и балкона. Невероятные пейзажи. Фото почему-то не получается прикрепить, но они все равно передадут лишь часть атмосферы. Пейзажи меняются буквально каждый день. Очень красиво. Высота впечатляет. Это нечто. До метро Chan Sow Lin можно дойти в течении 15 минут не спешной прогулки. Возле здания есть несколько магазинов и кафешек. Что-то ещё открывается, при мне открыли кофейню zus coffee, где можно выпить вкусный кофе.
