Malaysia 🇲🇾

Except for the cleanliness all are excellence. Definitely to repeat in the near future.

Pros: The facilities and the location. Good for family stay especially who with children because have ample pool and playground. All facilities like restaurants and grocery shops are nearby and can be accessed by walking.

Cons: The cleanliness needs to be improved. The toilet was a bit smelly when arrived and need to wash it myself. The third room with a single bed reeks of cigarette smell even though the house rules prohibit smoking for the tenants. Other than that, the parking is a bit confusing for the first-timer.
