Very pleasant accommodation that I would recommend.

Pros: Very clean and spacious rooms/apartment for 6 people with some luxuries within the apartment: the full body massage chair, extremely generous master bedroom. Daily cleaning of the apartment was also much appreciated.

Cons: Freezing cold air conditioning - this is possibly a Malaysian thing. We had to put on feather-down jackets when we arrived in the apartment and one of us even developed cold feet and then fever due to the extremely cold temperature. And it was not easy to change the room temperature - the only way to quickly adjust is to switch off the air con altogether.

Overall stay was relaxing and comfortable

Pros: I like everything about the hotel. It was clean, comfy and easy to access to all floors with the super swift lifts available. The view from the swimming pool was fascinating. Love it very much. Waiters at the pool sides were all super friendly and cheerful. Keep it up! Responses in the whatsapp was reasonable swift and still have room for improvement.

Cons: Just that I selected city view room and I expected to see KLCC tower. However I was been told that Im supposed to select KLCC view instead in order to get a room with KLCC tower view. Apart from this, me and family enjoyed this one day staycation.

Amazing stay in the heart of the city

Pros: Location is fantastic amazing shopping and food nearby. Rooftop pool is stunning we all enjoy a morning enjoying the views and water. Plenty of space for a family of four. Beautiful touch bringing a cake to the room for my wife’s birthday.

Cons: Key’s were sent via WhatsApp. A little awkward but we got used to it. Coffee shops on the ground floor is fairly expensive.

Nice and very spaciest apartment with a great location

Pros: Nice and cozy apartment and very spaciest. Nice view to the Petronas Tower from the Swimming Pool.

Cons: They didn’t restore the shower gel and shampoo too days in a row witch they did immediately apon our request.

Cons: Check in process was slow and leaving deposit in cash was not really necessary Checking out was not as fast as I expect it since there was only one person doing everything and we checked out early morning Not all staff speak fluent English Lifts take time since hotel is over 50 floors 2 entrance one for residence and one for hotel sometimes it confuse taxi drivers

Most luxurious and best service apartment in KLC

Pros: This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed at! The place looks amazing, as can be seen in the photo’s. With great service from the concierges at the desk. And also daily cleaning service if you wish. They also provide luggage service in case you leave later than checkout time. The apartment is spotless clean, really modern and a great system with mobile keycards. The view is amazing. Tip: Note that in one of the drawers under the kitchen top is the coffee and tea. I only noticed on the last day. Tip: the hotel that shares the same facilities is called Imperial Lexis. You can check their website to see facilities and menus of their restaurants.

Cons: The swimming pool did not look that appealing. Most people got there to make pictures and left. So if you’re there relaxing, that can be a bit distracting. We had a look at the spa/massage facilities, but decided to go to Swasana in stead. It does not really have the ambience that we were looking for.
