Good for short getaway

Pros: The facilities in the apartment is good. The bed is very comfortable. The location is near KLCC. Alot of restaurants in walking distance. At lobby level, can find a mart and small cafe.

Cons: 1.On the day of my stay, I got a Whatsapp msg from host mentioning, we will get 2 different rooms for 2 nights. When asked for explanation, there were another booking in AirBNB for same unit. What about us booking via booking.com and when we booked its still available right! So i did not accept the offer and stern with my booking. Then the host said we can stay at same unit for 2 nights. 2.The sofa bed at hall was terrible at my unit. The spring came out and can feel it. The owner have to check and change to new. Very uncomfortable as we spend most time spending at hall watching TV. 3.Next is parking fee. In booking.com it shows RM5 per day but once we enter we get to knew per entry RM5 and its not worth to pay per entry. Also its quite hassle to go lobby and parking area back and forth to pay parking fee and take car every time. Management should think alternate solutions for this. 4.We also notified that bedding & towel cannot be replaced for free. I mean we are guests and why not replace if we stay more than 1 night. 5.The lift is very terrible here. Overall 4 lifts for nearly 47 floors and have to wait 15-20mins. Endup I used staircase to lobby to pay my parking ticket and again back to parking area which was on 2nd floor. 6. In the unit, there very 2-3 plug points only. In bedroom no where to be seen. Please add 1-2 plug points atleast.
