Great. I am a 5th time repeat customer. That says a lot!

Pros: Complementary Carpark, clean rooms, water, open place at roof to enjoy open air and food with family. Within the unit, there are tables with utensils I can packet food and eat in air conditioned environment. There is also an open living room with TV and you can access your own Netflix, prime accounts and watch. Good aircon

Cons: First day, my living room’s aircon and room’s aircon leaked water. But property fixed it in 3 hours.

Good experience and worth the price

Pros: The house is spacious and comfortable. All the air-conditioning units work well. There is only one bathroom, but it can be accessed from bedroom number 2. The living area is comfortable and suitable for up to four people.

Cons: The unit does not provide cooking facilities or a microwave to heat up food. The shower holder in the bathroom is also unstable and keeps sliding down.

Pros: Like the spacious interior. Great location close to all things such as Jalan Alor, Petaling Street, lots of shopping centres, metro.

Great location with friendly staff and comfortable shared facilities

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location - close to Bukit Bitang area, monorail station, night market and many more cool places. Not too far from KLCC. We stayed in the room with shared facilities (kitchen, TV, etc.), but it was comfortable and quiet. On the 6th floor there is a nice terrace with a coffee machine.

Cons: No dehumidifier in the room - it would be a great option, since the humidity in KL can be very high (note that we stayed in KL during rainy season). Poor ventilation, as there were no windows in our bedroom.
