Great location and very convenient

Pros: Property was located near the KLCC and all amenities.

Cons: One of the AC wasn’t cooling and another one was making noises.

Pros: Everything, really good accomodation and very near in train station and everything . Also, can walk from the accomodation into bukit bintang, pavilion for 14mins. Twin tower as welle very closed.

Highly recommend stay at Vortex

Pros: Very good location - max 10-15 min by foot to main tourist attractions. Amazing skyline view from 36 floor where we had our apartment. Good air conditioning. We had two bedroom and two bathrooms and living room and kitchen which was very convenient.

Cons: The TV wasn't working, but I guess it was just the battery in the remote. We used the hairdryer, which melted the plug...

The Penthouse is amazing!

Pros: We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Penthouse with a magnificent terrace and Jacuzzi located at the very top of the building. From this terrace, we had a magnificent view of the Petronas Towers. It was exceptional. Otherwise, the apartment itself was very nice: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Its location was perfect for walking to see the Twin Towers. Very good value for money.

Cons: Unfortunately, you have to pay 20 MYR per day to access the pool. This is clearly stated in the booking details but I hadn't noticed. It's a shame that it's not included, though.

We've Already Booked Again

Pros: It's an amazing location. The property is very professionally managed, even when I lost a keycard at stupid o'clock in the morning, they were helpful and came to the rescue super quickly. We found everything inside to be well-maintained and working.

Cons: We don't have any criticisms of this property. In fact, we've already booked to stay here again in a few months' time because we were so happy this time around.
