Sky Suites KLCC by Asiapex

Pros: The location is very central, just a short distance from KLCC. The apartment was neat, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed.

An excellent place to stay for a family and a lovely host

Pros: It was a great location, the apartment was wonderful, the property manager, Sumi, was exceptional (she was so kind and went above and beyond - even dropping off extra towels and toilet paper late at night). It’s on the 53rd floor, so the view was incredible (great for watching the NYE fireworks)!

Cons: The beds are rock hard, especially in the master bedroom (Sumi kindly dropped off a spare duvet to use as an underlay, which helped). The pool and gym are being renovated, so unavailable (apparently it’s a long-term thing). The lifts are super slow and really hot. Obviously those things are building issues - nothing to do with the wonderful host.

Pros: It’s absolutely wonderful. Value for your money. View is so good. So clean and spacious

Mixed check-in experience but great location, views, and accommodating host.

Pros: The location was very good, right in the hub with many places within walking distance, and the view from the window was great. The rooms were comfortable, and the host was also kind enough to let us leave our bags at the property on the day of checkout since our return flight was in the evening, which was very helpful.

Cons: Stayed in the apartment for two night, and the experience was quite mixed. We reached around 2:30 p.m. and were asked to wait outside until the 3 p.m. check‑in time, which was okay, but we actually ended up waiting outside until after 3:30 p.m., and the apartment was still not clean at that point. We had to sit inside and watch the cleaning continue until about 6 p.m., which meant we couldn’t get ready or go out, and it felt like the day was largely wasted. On the positive side, the host refunded us half a day’s stay as compensation, which was appreciated and felt fair under the circumstances.

Clean and spacious apartment close to Petronas building

Pros: Exactly as shown in photo. Apartment is large. Bed sheets and towels are clean. Location is only short walk to Petronas building and Suria KLCC shopping mall. Can walk to Bukit Bintang using bridge walk 15 mins. Apartment is clean and having washing machine and dryer. Check-in is easy and staff response quickly.

Cons: Few small cockroaches in bathrooms area.

Everything was great.

Pros: The location is excellent. Walking distance to KLCC and near by amenities. The host was responsive.

Pros: Everything was perfect especially the location and view.

Cons: Unrelated to the property but rooftop facilities floor (pool) was still in construction so it was not accessible

Pros: Cosy and neat, the apartment had a super good view of KL, within walking distance to KLCC

Cons: Sightings of baby cockroaches in the apartment, check-in was a little delayed, had to wait like 15 mins outside of building despite notifying in advance of arrival time.
