Can't wait to return!

Pros: Great location, suites were a fantastic size, my partner and I didn't feel cramped at all. The first unit we were in had 2 nights of drilling into the early hours, when we complained the drilling stopped, when it picked up again we were transferred to a property on a higher floor and extended our stay by another week. Amazing views, and 5 min walk to the KLCC mall/ towers and 2 min walk to the world famous park.

Cons: Just the drilling, but that was solved and quickly :)

Very practical and comfortable appartment, very well located between KLCC park and Pavillion Mall.

Pros: Large appartment, clean, well equipoed, quiet, goid location

Cons: Some smells in corridor and kitchen Swimming pool area looks more like alusement park, pool water is cold

Clean service apartment for short stay

Pros: 2BR with 2 shower room, easy check in process. Comes with a simple kitchen and a washing machine cum dryer (but no detergent) so it's convenient if one needs to do some washing

Cons: The house had a strong cigarette smell when we first stepped in. Not sure if cig/vaper usage is regulated. Have to walk up a steep slope to reach the property. Pillows are too soft, no support

Great property

Pros: - fast response of the owner to questions. When report hair dryer broke down, owner immediately make arrangement to replace - high standard on the interior feature, facilities, comfort of the bed - location.

Cons: WiFi is not stable, this is pulling the standard down especially the property is at the heart of KLCC which is expected to have good WiFi connectivity
