Pros: 1. Great location. Very close to KL Sentral station. Wide range of travel options like mono rail, metro rail and KL Rapid transport options are available 2. Have 7elevels and plenty of other convenient stores near by 3. If you are lucky to get the rooms facing city side, view of Petronas Towers, Merdeka 118, vivid view of Genting Highlands are amazing !! 4. Overall the property will not disappoint you for the price range it offers

Cons: 1.The property ask for a caution deposit which can ONLY be paid by cash or local QR code or payment methods. They dont collect this deposits via Internationals cards like Visa or mastercard. During the time of booking, this information could have been mentioned clearly 2. Since I mentioned, rooms are not quite, I want to clarify this. Since the property is in prime area surrounded by commercial establishments and main roads, the noise mainly comes from the vehicular noise. 3. Four lifts for such a big building is horrible. During peak hrs, the wait time will be close to 10 min to catch the lift

Pros: Excellent location and facilities except the room that I occupied was not cleaned at all neither clean towels were provided which I had to request for clean towels. Generally good accomodation.

Cons: Room not cleaned having booked to stay for 5 nights and no clean towels provided for my stay

Pros: My experience at Riveria City KL was truly wonderful and it has definitely become one of the best stays of my life. During my trip from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi for three days, the staff kindly kept my luggage free of charge, which I really appreciated. Because of their excellent service, support, and hospitality, I decided to stay here again for another five days after returning and have already made my booking. I’m really happy with my decision

Cozy room perfect for couples

Pros: A nice and cozy studio apartment. Clean place with nice view of KL city. The place is near to Monorel Tun Sambathan, just a walking distance

Cons: There are only 6 small lifts here, which somehow take a bit longer to reach our level due to the amount of residences/tourists staying here, plus the lift was not ventilated well and a bit hot inside

Great stay! Shopping mall nearby

Pros: Everything went smoothly, our requests were met in a speedy manner and the pool on the rooftop is wonderful.

Cons: A lot of parts of the hotel are under maintenance but people use them anyway.

Pros: The check-in was easy, staff friendly, apartment big and clean. And the condominiums facilities are nice ! Thank you jack 🫡

A comfy and convenient place to stay

Pros: Super convenient as the train station was just a 5mins walk, one station away from KL sentral..highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to chill as the room provides netflix too

Cons: Only the waiting time for the lift

Pros: Pool in the rooftop is worth seeing. Room had all the amenities, even iron, ironing board, water filter, fridge and more.

Great stay, but please don't mind the lifts!

Pros: The room was supremely comfortable and well-furnished with all that you need for a good and value-for-money stay, and it was clean and suitable for a prolonged lodging if needed. Having a ceiling-mounted fan was a bonus!

Cons: There aren't enough lifts (just 4) to adequately serve 54 floors of apartment units. You'll have to plan around non-peak timings to avoid the crowds that gather at the main lobby to enter them. However, should you plan your schedule appropriately, issues such as waiting for 15 mins or more (which can be picked out in other reviews) would be insignificant, arguably even overblown. That being said, the lack of provision of lifts is a real and permanent issue, but should not be a deal breaker to book a short stay here. It helps to be adaptable and flexible with your own plans to mitigate this.
