Pros: The facilities, the cleanliness, the view. Over all, it's ok.

Cons: The aircond in master bedroom not function well. Have to on the fan n open the door to share aircond with the ruang tamu.

Affordable stay

Pros: Convenient place and easy access to Sunway Putra Mall

Cons: The squeaky noise from the fan in the master bedroom. The air-conditioning was not cold in the living room and master bedroom. Might require service, really. Noticed the ceiling of the toilet in the master bedroom was built up with mould and definitely need to have that fix. We end up sleeping the medium room which was better.

Pros: real talk this suite was insanely beautiful and super comfortable honestly, even better than expected. the view was stunning, with a clear sight of the city and KLCC. everything was spotless and very clean. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very kind and accommodating. 100% recommend staying here you won’t regret it. ill definitely come back again. truly worth it!

Cons: the only downside was that the aircond in the second bedroom wasnt working well at all, it felt really warm, so i hope they can fix that soon.

Pros: The view. So beautiful and the place very nice..bed cozy. I sleep with twon tower view. Very relaxing. The sound of moving train is like lullaby for me.

Cons: The long waiting time for lift. Also the microwave need to be clean once on a while. Other than that good experience

Fair place to Stay

Pros: The room was Fair, comfy bed, the air conditioner was functioning well, the lights were not too dimmed, overall it was a good place to stay at a fair price! The location was convenient, there is also a convenient mart down the lobby area .

Cons: In the bathroom, there was a dead baby cockroach sticking to the wall, not a big issue for me but I hope the staff give a bit of attention to the little things like this, I don't want the next customer to experience this since not everyone is okay with dead roaches , hopefully you can improve on the cleaning SOP
