Fast response

Pros: We enjoyed staying at your place, though we had problem with the washing machine from the other day. but we really appreciate for the fast response and thoughtful actions from the team. Neither less, we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay there for another vacation. And thank you very much for your consideration of changing to a better unit

Pros: Location is at the heart of Kuala Lumpur..Bed is enough for 7 of us.. We checked in late at night .. But the check-in process was smooth and easy..staff is also friendly..

Cons: Would suggest providing mineral water and sachet drinks .. since the water filter is not included..

Pros: The property is so near to Maharajalela station and its very convenience to go anywhere like Bukit Bintang and so on. It was a great experience for my kids to use the train and its cheaper than using Grab. The property is clean, they provide cooking utensils so easier to cook light meals for my kids. The aircon works and the tv works for youtube.
