Stylish stay with great amenities, but with minor practical flaws

Pros: The apartment overall is very nice and stylish. I really liked the interior design. It’s well-equipped with a full-sized fridge, a stove, and there was always plenty of hot water. A huge advantage was having a clothes dryer—it’s a lifesaver in this climate. The contactless check-in process was smooth and convenient. The building itself has great facilities, including a nice swimming pool and a gym (though the yoga room was unavailable during our stay). It was a pleasant surprise to find an iron, an ironing board, and even international power adapters provided in the room.

Cons: Despite having a full kitchen set, the place was seriously lacking basic cutlery—not enough forks, spoons, or knives. Another issue is the storage: there is absolutely no space to put away or hang clothes. The air conditioning is positioned right above the bed and blows directly onto it, which can be uncomfortable at night. Also, keep in mind the location: every time you want to go to the city center, you have to pay for the highway tolls.

Pros: Rooms and common area is clean and tidy, very neat placements for the furniture and have a cozy feel. Basic amenities were provided also, such as hair dryer, extension cord and water heater. Not bad for the price paid.

Cons: Overall unit space is quite small, a bit squeezed when moving around. Some furniture were a bit worn out also, but doesn't affect user experience or functionality.

Pros: It's quiet and there is a restaurant at the ground floor.

Cons: The hair dryer was broken.

When i go back to Malaysia, I will definitely stay at Neu Suites. No doubt about that.

Pros: The Hotel has a two restaurants and a convenience shop at the ground floor which made it easier for us to get all meals and any extra commodities we required for personal use. However, most of the things are provided by the host, which is superb.

Cons: I cant complain at all. The Hotel exceeded my expectation in every aspect. Especially its location, great views, friendly staff, personalized services and great communication.

Reasonable with the price and the host and guard are really helpful

Pros: The studio was amazing, got exactly same like in the picture. Overall was good and the price reasonable.

Cons: The lift are many but always full due to high demand at the place. A little bit hot while waiting for the lift and for the studio overall okay but the toilet got a bad smell but the toilet is clean.

Great price for a lovely appartment

Pros: Neat, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, the view is amazing, and with a nice restaurant and convenience store next to the buildings entrance. Easy, fast and cheap to get a Grab to downtown KL

Pros: The homestay is comfortable for a short stay. The space isn’t very large, but it’s adequate and well-arranged. The view is beautiful and calming. There’s plenty of parking available, so no worries about finding a spot. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. Overall, definitely recommended 👍🏻

Cons: Things to Improve: - It would be great to have a mirror in every room, as there was none available for getting ready (we had to rely on the bathroom mirror 😅). - Provide floor mats at every door. - Service or clean the washing machine before new guests check in (the water flow is stuck by thick dust and make clothes smells bad but its okay everything under control). That’s all!

Pros: Everything worked well and it was well-equipped. The staff resolved my issues via WhatsApp in 5 minutes and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The view from the top floor is spectacular and the building is well-located

Cons: The elevators are very slow and there aren't enough for the number of guests. We were lucky to be on the 5th floor, so we used the stairs, which aren't well maintained either. The beds aren't soft 🥹
