Pros: I have to mention the flexibility of the service it was really great I could do an early check in and a late check out paid of course but still it was easily possible communication worked really well and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

Comfortable apartment close to the city

Pros: Clean apartment with a comfortable bed. Nice pool. Location was decent - short walk to Petronas towers. I had arrived off a long flight and I was easily able to rest and sleep here.

Cons: It could do with a fresh coat of paint. Although I didn’t do any cooking I could see that some of the kitchen equipment could do with replacing/upgrading.

Pros: awesome location.. can walk to klcc and clean unit and polite host.. definitely recommend to friends..

Cons: Bed is bad.. not designed properly.. frame might hit u at a time when u sit n hurry... no food nearby u need make but these both can still manage..

Great Stay At Mercu Summer Suites

Pros: - The room is really clean. - It is located on the highest floor level 34. - The bed is very comfy. - The location is close to the Twin Towers KLCC.

Cons: - Putting deposit without a receipt. - Although the room is clean, a lady's panty was found inside the toilet (the cleaner was not careful enough to realise this).
