Beau duplex bien décoré, très bien équipé avec climatisation efficace et de belles attentions.

Pros: Le duplex est très bien décoré, avec plusieurs petites attentions qui font plaisir notamment une console de jeux, un vrai plus. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, et les rideaux sont bien occultants, ce qui permet de bien dormir. Les deux salles de bain sont également très pratiques.

Cons: le canapé n’est pas très confortable et on peut parfois entendre les voisins, car l’entrée commune donne sur deux logements distincts. Cela peut être un peu gênant si les voisins sont bruyants.
