Excellent place in the heart of KL

Pros: The view. Easily reach the monuments and sightseeing place in KL, all are within 3 km. There is a supermarket at the ground floor. Staff are helpful, even when we do not meet them. However, they granted all our request before we arrived, and sent us all of the info we need.

Pros: Room clean and bed super comfy. Great view and easily accessible to the centre.

Pros: The view from the room and pool is wonderful. There's a place in front of the hotel where you can buy coffee. The hotel's location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. There is a water dispenser in the room so you don't have to buy bottled water.

Cons: Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors next door as if they were in your room.

Pros: The pool is the main thing in this building. The bar at the rooftop even though is expensive, it’s nice to enjoy a drink/snack with those views. The suite was very clean and exactly as the photos.

Cons: The lift is really a thing. 4 lifts for the entire building is not enough. After 5pm you have to be really lucky to be able to get a towel for the pool, and there are only 5 deck chairs. Would be nice an extra towel for the floor as the shower in the bathroom leaves everything entirely wet.

Pros: It was nice and clean and the apartment was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The sun bed was amazing. Nice pool and gym.

Cons: Check in was strictly at 15:00. Been travelling for 3 months and this was the first time we had to wait until the time turned to 15:00. THE LIFTS - at times we waited more than 8 minutes to get a lift, and was actually very irritating.

Overall convenient stay

Pros: Good breakfast mix of local and international cuisine. View of the room was fantastic, same as beautiful common spaces, roof garden, infinity pool with beautiful view.

Cons: The wifi was on the slower side, walls need sound insulation. My experience involved a neighbouring family with frustrated kids. Could be worse.
