Pros: Great location, right next to a shopping center. Rooftop pool with amazing views.

Cons: Unbelievable confusion at check-in at the reception desk, where none of the staff knew what to do. The subsequent process of returning the deposit took more than 14 days.

Pros: The location- very near to Quill Mall and public transportations (MRT, LRT , buses & E-hailing).Also.near to ikit bintang etc..

Cons: 1. Elevator quite slow and insufficient for guests who stayed there.Siggestion- Be prepared to go down early before checking out as you may need.to wait to enter to the lift.😆 2. Towels smell unpleasant.

Overall good except the smell in the toilet

Pros: Overall good. Tidy and clean. Just about the toilet, its clean but have unpleasant smell occurs

Cons: The only issue is the toilet, which is unpleasant due to the smell from the septic tank. The odor is likely coming from the drainage outlet, making it very uncomfortable to use the toilet. It may be good to carry out repairs to prevent the smell from the waste drainage system.

Comfortable stay in a central location, but unexpected parking fees were a downside.

Pros: The location of the property is next to the Quill City Mall, next to delicious food area in KL. If you want city‑centre convenience, easy access to mall/transport, and don’t mind some tradeoffs (parking cost, possible minor maintenance issues) — many find it a good balance.

Cons: The property itself was comfortable and well-located near Bukit Bintang and Chow Kit. However, I was not informed about the parking fees during booking. I ended up paying RM 30 for just one night of parking (from 10 pm until 11 am checkout), which felt a bit steep. It would be helpful if parking costs were disclosed upfront for future guests.
