Pros: Good location, nice pool area, big room, easy check-in

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location, easy access with grab and public transport close by. Amazing place near by to eat and the night market if that is your thing is a short walk. Staff were responsive and over all great stay. Thank you.

Cons: I thought it was a flat but it was a room with ensuite. Not bigger than hotels rooms I stayed. There is a swimming pool but I saw cigarette buds floating so didn't swim. Other facilities like sauna wasn't working and the whole area was not managed but that's a separate management issue that these shiny condos have in common. This has nothing to do with the room.

Extremely good value for money, and very helpful host

Pros: We were fortunately upgraded to a bigger accommodation within the building - this was very spacious and included a washing machine. The host provided us with plenty of information on arrival, including a whatsapp number - they were very responsive when we had any queries and always helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had good air conditioning. Facilities in the building such as pool and gym were of good quality too.

Cons: The room smelt of smoke from previous guests, which passed after a while of sitting in the room, but was noticeable upon returning. Slightly less clean in a few small areas, but largely clean.

Comfortable stay for solo guest.

Pros: I had a comfortable stay in the studio room, perfect for a solo traveller. The location is excellent, short waking distance to monorail “Hang Tuah”, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang. There is a supermarket and 7 eleven close by and the pool was refreshing after a hot day sightseeing.

Cons: There is a little noise from nearby guests but easily fixed with the main door closed. The bathroom has a roof leak, which required mopping up the floor everyday with a towel. Because of the leak, the ceiling of the bathroom has mould. This didn’t bother me much, but could other guests. As I was staying longer than 4 days, the apartment got cleaned. I appreciate the thought but this wasn’t communicated well, with cleaners arriving without prior notice.

Pros: This property is located at the top most floor and the view from the window was awesome.

Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to central market and some shopping centres. Facilities are top tier, decent gym, sauna and pool (can be cold!)

Cons: Mattress slides on the bed frame and pillows were a bit old. Only provided with one towel between 2 people

Comfortable

Pros: I really enjoyed the apartment studio I stayed in, super comfortable for one person. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious. It also had a small kitchen which I didn’t use, but it looked nice. I especially appreciated that the kitchen had a water filter; it made a big difference to be able to drink water and brush my teeth with peace of mind. The place has a nice pool, although I didn’t use it, and a gym, though some of the machines were not in the best condition. The location is excellent, you can walk around safely, and there are many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. You can even walk to the Petronas Towers, and the 30-minute walk is pleasant for exploring the area.

Cons: The gym needs maintenance...the machines are not well-oiled, making them uncomfortable to use.

Pros: The location is great! Walking distance to Stadium Merdeka, the agent is nice. Very satisfied. Will book again.

Location, location, location & Sauna & Pool

Pros: Sauna and Pool were the highlight, including the view of the second highest building in the world (The Merdeka). The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Bukit Bintang food street (highly recommend the Crispy Chicken Burger at Boss Burger). We also had a water filter in the apartment which was convenient.

Cons: We once saw a cockroach in the apartment but overall everything was clean.

Pros: Ideally placed in a perfect location in central Bukit Bintang within walking distance of all tourist sites, restaurants, shops etc. Very clean, very comfortable and highly recommended.
