Pros: The view was awesome 👍twin towers very clear from the window. The place easy access to food court & many choices in grab & food panda.

Cons: The parking access road a bit small which is need to use the same lane to park in & out of the parking..need to be careful as well. The air-conditioning in the room 1810 can't be used because of the technical problem but the owner give a table fan & can use ceiling fan as well. Bed in room besides the toilets need to check properly coz a bit loose

Pros: overall everything is fine. the owner also friendly, easy to communicate and the insturctions is all clear. the property also good but the air conditioner takes a while to cool. they only have one toilet, so first come first serve.

Good stay and a friendly owner.

Pros: Very comfy and have a very nice view especially during night. The restaurant also near from the homestay, can walk there. The owner also prove extra mattress but they do have a very comfy sofa too.

Cons: The air-conditioner need to be service because we have turn on the air cond for long period but still the room not feel cold enough. But the owner provide a table fan which is good too.

Pros: Parking has one reserve for one vehicle only, if u get more vehicle need to pay rm5 per entry. The environment is calm. It is a spacious house that can fit 5 people.

Cons: The light, not bright enough to study at night. Cannot cook using the stove since it is not provided. Even though it is a studio house, it can be considered a hotel more than a house.
