Pros: Third time staying here over the past 3 years. The location is walking distance to the Twin Towers. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower was warm and strong. The check in process by Mizan was quick and a free parking spot in provided.

Pros: Everything I considered very good , from check-in to checkout and return of deposit was given on immediately after handing over the keys . The room is fairly large,the bed is comfortable and the room is clean .The response from the officer in charge is very good.

Cons: A bit confusing on the room number , It was displayed above the door and not at eye level.Some rooms display their room number at eye level and most don't. I had difficulty finding the room number and on calling the customer service, the officer in charge came and sorted out the confusion.

The stay was pleasureable. The view at night was amazing! It was clean and the bed is huge!

Pros: It was easy to collect the key to the room and parking access. There was a eerson located at the premise to hand you the key and no some treasure hunt to collect it. He was nice and friendly, and was at location in case if I needed anything.

Cons: There's no table out on the balcony. Would have been nice to have a place to put your drink.

My family and I travel to KL multiple times in year (at least once every couple of months) and we always stay at another

Pros: The amazingly huge size of the unit, the location, the peacefulness (because it’s not as crowded as the nearby ‘famous’ serviced apartment/hotel).

Cons: Considering it’s not a new property, the flooring does seem a little worn off, but it wasn’t too bad.
