Warm staff, easy check-in, nice stay..

Pros: The location was good since it's above mall. Parking is easy & the lift is fast, so no queue when we wanted to checkout. The room was also cooling although we only on the fan and not the aircond. The room looks exactly like in the picture

Cons: The water dispenser cold comes out warm, hot is still hot. Card access easier if can have 2 because the lift need card, so if say one person already went down, the others cannot go down on their own.

Pleasant stay with family.

Pros: Location is ideal. Connected to the mall and monorail. Grab taxis come fast.

Cons: There's a bad smell from the bathroom. It's a fault with the building itself. Air fresheners do the job.

Pros: Beautiful view from balcony and room window. All facilities are very organized and the check-in was smooth, the environment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended to anyone looking for good location whether business or holiday, short or long convenience getaway. Car parking available. Simple choices of pre-ordered Breakfast was convenient and helpful.

Perfect base for business or leisure in KLCC

Pros: Stayed at Quill Residences, KLCC, Five Sense. Great apartment - very clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Secure building with modern, minimalist style that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Very convenient location for exploring KL. Small mall next door with a supermarket and cafes for quick meals. The Metro train station is literally on your doorstep making city travel effortless. I didn't use the gym or swimming pool during our stay but both looked excellent and well-maintained. Perfect base for business or leisure in KLCC - combines comfort, convenience and style in an ideal location.

Pros: The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The place was clean, spacious, and well-suited for families. It felt like a home away from home—perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Cons: The check-in process was frustrating, especially needing an access card, which can be inconvenient for first-time visitors. Additionally, the property did not accept dollars or offer currency exchange, which made things difficult for international travelers. What left a bad impression was the follow-up text after checkout, promising a 15% discount on the next booking for giving a 10/10 review. After doing so, they redirected us to another booking site where prices were 10-15% higher than Booking.com (excluding taxes). It felt like a gimmick to secure high ratings, which was disappointing and undermined the overall experience. The property should be more transparent and flexible.

Pros: Nice view from the balcony. Rooms were very clean. Washing machine, microwave, filtered water, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and kitchen utensils all provided.
