Brilliant location, fab views, chill pool and comfy place

Pros: Stayed here with my husband and honestly had a great time. The apartment was super clean and comfy. We even got a free upgrade, which was a really nice surprise. The location is a big win — it’s directly connected to the mall, so food, shopping, everything is literally right there. Made the whole trip way easier. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, and you can tell they pay attention to cleanliness. The pool area was really relaxing . The staff were kind and welcoming, and they were especially helpful during check-in. They even helped carry our luggage to the room, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Pros: It was a good experience, near many attractions, i was given a room with KLCC view, the view was marvelous at night.

Cons: Upon access card collection, you're required to pay cash, so better to be prepared with Cash.

Central, close to transport, good comfort

Pros: My suite was in the West Tower, Floor 27. I found it very well maintained, clean and quiet during my stay. The hot water was working (which, I found with some of my prior reservations in the area, was not always the case!). Good communication with the owner who was easily reachable by phone/whatsapp. The payment is only by cash Very good wi-fi, plus all other amenities as described on the website. Not too many channels on TV, maybe 20 in total (a couple in English), not a big deal for me though! There are many places to eat inside the connecting mall. The building is also close to the monorail station, which provides easy access to other parts of the city. Security in the building is good. With the access card you are provided, you can access only the floor of your suite. All in all I had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Pros: The location of the property and everything is within reach. I don't have to travel far to get what I need.

Cons: The fridge takes a long time to cool and rather small for me to store my food and drink.

Pros: Room was spacious and clean with nice view. Good location.
