Pros: Great pool area Location is good Great security - they really work very hard especially during peak periods evenings

Cons: Prolonged waiting for the lift. Although there are 6 lifts in each tower, To climb to level 66 and back can take time Lifts are overcrowded at times

Excellent hotel facilities

Pros: The hotel facilities were exceptional for the price. The lifts were efficient with minimal waiting time.Nearby were a range of restaurants and basic eateries.

Cons: Checkin was at 3 pm which I found to be a bit late. For a luxury hotel the room was a bare bones room setup. The ceiling fan and aircon worked well and there was a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave. There were kitchen utensils suitable for take away food. I found the desk useful and the bed comfortable. There was a spare matress propped up against the wall. The bathroom had no towel rack or hooks for hanging clothes. The bathroom mirror was not attached to the wall but just propped up on the shelf for the sink.

Pros: I stayed here for 7 days and found the place neat, clean, and very comfortable. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven restaurans pharmacy nearby. The host, Hridoy, was really nice and helpful, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!
